Skin soothing hassle-free face masks to save your skin from the heat wave
Milk, gram flour and turmeric mask: There’s a reason why Cleopatra literally known for bringing rouge lipstick and eye kohl to the world for us all mere mortals, used to bathe in milk and rose petals. Mix ¼ cup of milk with gram flour and turmeric to make thick paste. Apply to your face and let dry completely before rinsing off for generally calmer, happier skin.
Oatmeal and honey mask: Oats known to be a popular remedy for people with skin sensitivity, rosacea and acne helps in calming and soothing angry, uncooperative skin. Grind oatmeal (as per requirement) in a food processor until it turns to fine powder. Add 1 teaspoon honey (natural antibacterial) and 2 teaspoon of milk, stirring until the mixture is thick. Pop the mask in the fridge for 10 minutes and then apply to the face for about half an hour. Remove the mask by gently massaging it around on your face like a scrub and voila hello butter soft, less angry skin!
Cucumber and honey mask: Give your skin the best of both worlds with the cooling, soothing properties of cucumber and the moisturizing properties of honey both in one mask! Shred one clean and fresh cucumber and add 1 tbsp of honey into it. Apply this mixture on your skin with a cotton ball and let your skin drink all the goodness!
Banana, honey and yogurt mask: This mask is a proper skin lover if you ask us! With the banana moisturizing every pore on your face, yogurt zapping away those pesky invisible dead cells and honey soothing your and fighting bacteria, this mask is for your face what a decadent chocolate cake is for your soul! Mix half a banana (or full if you want a thick layer), add a teaspoon of yogurt and honey. Mix well and leave it on your face for half an hour.
