Slash the spice

From hot baths to cold showers

There’s nothing than a hot comforting bath after a long day of dealing with life in general. But sadly every good thing come with a price. Hot water opens up your pores and makes them more prone to sweating. While the sun is blazing with all its fury, stick to lukewarm or cold showers to keep your pores closed and avoid excessive sweating.
